Patient Portal (PatientAlly)
Our portal is administered by PatientAlly. We are unable to answer technical questions about portal access or functionality. Please contact PatientAlly support directly for portal issues.
Lab and imaging results are available from the lab or imaging facility that performed your tests. We also provide results in our care management system. Keep copies of all results on your personal devices.

For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not call the office for emergencies.
