About New Horizons Primary Care

New Horizons Primary Care is a fully automated internal medicine practice in Denver, CO. We serve patients aged 16 and older with the goal of delivering the highest quality care at the most affordable price — made possible by comprehensive front-office and back-office automation.

Our Mission

To make board-certified internal medicine accessible and affordable to every adult in our community by eliminating administrative overhead and passing those savings directly to our patients.

How We Are Different

Most of our operations — scheduling, intake, billing, results delivery — are handled digitally. This means:

• No time wasted on phone calls for routine tasks
• Faster visits because paperwork is done before you arrive
• Lower prices than traditional practices

Our Team

Our board-certified internists and clinical staff focus entirely on patient care — not paperwork. We treat the whole person, coordinating care across specialties when needed.

Concierge Option

We do not provide front-desk-heavy concierge services in our main practice. However, our sister practice offers concierge medicine with full assistance and no insurance involvement. Contact us to learn more.

Patient Portal

Our patient portal is administered by PatientAlly. We cannot answer technical questions about the portal — please contact PatientAlly support directly.

Lab and imaging results are available from the facility that performed your tests. We also provide results through our care management system. Please keep copies of all results on your phone and computer for your personal records.

Our Position on Insurance

We do not contact insurance companies or handle insurance disputes. If your insurer is not paying for your visit, we strongly recommend switching to self-pay — our self-pay rates are highly competitive and come with no insurance hassle.
