You must provide an email as well as a cellphone number so that back office can contact you if needed. Replies are sent to you over secure email.

Tickets are only handled by your back office which can not provide any medical assistance other than setting up an expedited appointment. 

Tickets must be used to get help with forms, authorizations, clarifications or records requested by third parties. Currently we charge for work done as part of these tickets when  allowed under the Colorado Medical Law. 

Tickets can also be used to bring to our notice any problem with our processes, people or any clarifications on your bills.
